Due to the nature of trade services such as UPVC door and window repairs, glazing and locksmith work, refunds are not automatically provided once work has been carried out.
We aim to be fair and reasonable in all circumstances and will always try to resolve any issues professionally.
2. Call-Out Fees

Call-out fees cover travel, time and inspection.

Call-out fees are non-refundable once an engineer has been dispatched.

If we cancel the appointment, any call-out fee paid will be refunded.
3. Cancellations Before Work Starts

If you cancel before an engineer is dispatched, no call-out fee will be charged.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge.
4. Completed Work

Once work has been completed and approved by the customer, no refund will be issued.

If an issue arises related to our workmanship, we will first offer to inspect and rectify the issue.

Refunds will only be considered if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
5. Faulty Parts or Materials

Any parts supplied by us are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.

Refunds for parts are subject to supplier terms and may not be available once fitted.

Parts damaged due to misuse, accidental damage or third-party interference are not refundable.
6. Customer-Supplied Parts

We are not responsible for the quality, compatibility or failure of parts supplied by the customer.

No refunds will be issued for labour carried out using customer-supplied materials.

Any approved refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible.
